To a solution of tert-butyl 3-(6-methyl-2-(1-(6-methylpyrimidin-4-yl)piperidin-4-ylamino)-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-8-yl)benzylcarbamate (46 mg, 87.0 μmol) in methylene chloride (1 mL) was added 2 M solution of HCl in Ether (500 μL). The suspension was stirred at room temperature over night. The solvent was decanted and the residue was digerated with diethyl ether three times. The title compound was dried under reduced pressure and was obtained as a yellow solid (39 mg, 89%). MS ISP (m/e): 429.3 (100) [(M+H)+], 412.4 (57).
