2-[2-(N-Monomethylamino)pyrimidine-4-yl]-6-(3-fluoropropoxy)benzothiophene (1-38, 56 mg, 81%) was prepared in the same manner as in Example 35 as a yellow solid using 2-(2-chloropyrimidine-4-yl)-6-(3-fluoropropoxy)benzothiophene (105c, 70 mg, 0.22 mmol) obtained in Preparation Example 21 and a 2.0 M methylamine methanol solution (NH2Me in MeOH, 0.17 mL, 0.34 mmol).
