Reaction Steps

The title compound was prepared according to Method A and the experimentals described for compound 1 from 3-(chloromethyl)-2-(4-chlorophenyl)imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine hydrochloride and 1H-1,2,4-triazole. 1H-NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz, δ) 8.74 (s, 1H) 8.07 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 2H), 8.07 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 2H), 8.01 (dd, J=1.3, 9.2 Hz, 1H), 7.95 (s, 1H), 7.51 (m, 2H), 7.17 (dd, J=4.5, 9.2 Hz, 1H), 5.85 (s, 2H) ppm; [M+H]+ 311
