Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described for compound 68 from methyl 1-((2-(4-chlorophenyl)imidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-3-yl)methyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxylate and dimethylamine. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3, δ) 8.65 (d, J=6.9 Hz, 1H), 7.88 (s, 1H), 7.85 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 2H), 7.66 (d, J=9.1 Hz, 1H), 7.45 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 2H), 7.28 (m, 1H), 6.89 (m, 1H), 6.04 (s, 2H), 3.15 (s, 3H), 3.06 (s, 3H) ppm; m/e 381, 383.
