Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 2-bromo-6-(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1,1-dioxo-hexahydro-1λ6-thiopyran-4-yl)-pyridin-3-ylamine (as prepared in the previous step) and 4,4-dimethyl-cyclohex-1-enyl-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-[1,3,2]dioxaborolane according to the procedure of Example 15, step (f). Mass spectrum (APCI, m/z): Calcd. for C22H34N2O2S, 391.2 (M+H), found 391.3.
