Reaktionsschritte
To a solution of (1R,3S,4S,6R)-2-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-6-hydroxy-2-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-3-carboxylic acid obtained in Example 5-6 (1.0 g) in dichloromethane (8 mL), were added benzyl alcohol (504 mg), dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (962 mg) and 4-(dimethylamino)pyridine (12 mg). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 20 hrs.
