Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared analogously to example 1 with the difference that 3-Methoxy-azetidine and 2-(1-Isopropyl-piperidin-4-ylcarbamoyl)-1-(3-methoxy-benzyl)-1H-indole-4-carboxylic acid was used instead of Azetidin-3-ol and 1-[5-(5-Chloro-thiophen-2-yl)-isoxazol-3-ylmethyl]-2-(1-isopropyl-piperidin-4-ylcarbamoyl)-1H-indole-5-carboxylic acid. MS (ES+): m/e=519.
