Procedure
Pd(OH)2 (70 mg, 0.5 mmol) was suspended in EtOH (5 mL) followed by adding N-(6-azidomethyl-2-pyridyl)-N′-[2-(4-pyridinyl)-4-thiazolyl]urea (70 mg, 0.198 mmol, Example 69) in EtOH (8 mL). The resulting mixture was heated at 45° C. under H2 balloon for 3 h. After cooling to RT, the mixture was filtered by passing through 2 layers of pleated filtered papers. Solvent was removed in vacuo to yield the final compound as a yellow solid. MS m/z: 327.3 (M+H). Calc'd. for C15H14N6OS-326.38.
