Procedure
2-({6-[3-(2-Pyridin-4-yl-thiazol-4-yl)-ureido]-pyridin-2-ylamino}-methyl)-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (52 mg, 0.102 mmol) in MeOH (10 mL) was treated with TFA (0.1 mL, 1.3 mmol). The resulting mixture was heated at 50° C. for 24 h. The reaction mixture was cooled to RT and neutralized to pH between 8–9. Solvent was removed. The residue was partitioned between H2O and CHCl3.
