Procedure
The emulsion D was added to 30 parts by weight of an aqueous solution of pH 4.0 dissolving 5% of a styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer and a small quantity of sodium hydroxide, and emulsification was further conducted. Separately, 2 parts by weight of melamine, 5 parts by weight of 37% aqueous formaldehyde solution and 13 parts by weight of water were mixed and its pH was adjusted to 9.0 with sodium hydroxide. Then, the mixture was heated to 60° C., whereby a melamine-formaldehyde precondensate was formed. This precondensate was added to the above reemulsified emulsion D. They were stirred at 70° C. for reaction, whereby pseudo-microcapsules were formed. The similar procedure was conducted for the emulsion E.
