Procedure
A solution of 7-Methyl-2-propyl-3-(2'-(tetrazol-5-yl)biphen-4-yl)methyl-3H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine (9 mg) and m-chloroperoxybenzoic acid (6 mg) CHCl3 (2 mL) was heated to reflux for 2 hours. Concentration and purification (SiO2, 80:20:1 CH2Cl2 /MeOH/NH4OH) gave 4 mg of the title compound as a solid.
