According to the procedure described in step 2 of example 14, 3-amino-6-(tetrahydrofuran-2-yl)pyrazine-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester was reacted with 4-amino-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid methylamide hydrochloride to obtain the title compound as yellow solid (64%).
