Reaction Steps
The product from Example 11B and 3,3-dimethylbutanoic acid were treated using a method similar to that described in Example 57 to give the title compound. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6/Deuterium Oxide) δ ppm 8.43-8.46 (m, 1H), 8.13-8.16 (m, 1H), 8.03-8.09 (m, 2H), 2.23 (s, 2H), 1.07 (s, 9H); MS (ESI−) M/Z 326 (M−H)−.
