Reaction Steps
The product from Example 11B and 2-[4-(methylsulfonyl)phenyl]acetic acid were treated as in Example 57 to give the title compound. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6/Deuterium Oxide) δ ppm 8.40-8.45 (m, 1H), 8.13-8.17 (m, 1H), 8.02-8.09 (m, 2H), 7.92-7.94 (m, 2H), 7.65-7.68 (m, 2H), 3.90 (s, 2H), 3.21 (s, 3H); MS (ESI−) M/Z 424 (M−H)−.
