Reaction Steps
The product of Example 86A and 2-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]acetic acid were treated using a method similar to that described in Example 57 to give the title compound. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6/Deuterium Oxide) δ ppm 8.40-8.43 (m, 1H), 7.93-8.04 (m, 2H), 7.72-7.79 (m, 2H), 7.57-7.70 (m, 7H), 3.84 (s, 2H); MS (ESI−) M/Z 456 (M−H)−.
