The product from Example 151A and 2-(3,5-difluorophenyl)acetyl chloride were treated using a method similar to that described in Example 1C to give the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 11.73 (s, 1H), 8.39-8.42 (m, 1H), 7.87-8.05 (m, 2H), 7.75-7.79 (m, 1H), 7.52-7.55 (m, 2H), 7.05-7.23 (m, 5H), 3.85 (s, 3H), 3.77 (s, 2H); MS (ESI+) M/Z 422 (M+H)+.
