The product from Example 173A and 2-(adamantan-1-yl)acetyl chloride were treated as in Example 1C to give the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 11.19-11.28 (m, 1H), 8.58 (s, 1H), 8.28-8.40 (m, 2H), 3.58-3.70 (m, 1H), 2.04 (s, 2H), 1.93-1.98 (bs, 3H), 1.55-1.75 (m, 12H), 1.27 (d, J=6.7 Hz, 6H); MS (ESI+) M/Z 448 (M+H)+.
