The product from Example 11B and 2-(methylthio)acetic acid were treated using a method similar to that described in Example 57 to give the title compound 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6/Deuterium Oxide) δ ppm 8.45 (ddd, J=8.0, 1.4, 0.7 Hz, 1H), 8.15 (td, J=7.7, 1.4 Hz, 1H), 8.04-8.11 (m, 2H), 3.37 (s, 2H), 2.24 (s, 3H); MS (ESI−) M/Z 316 (M−H)−.
