Procedure

918 mg (1.65 mmol) of 2-[4-(1-{3-[5-(2-morpholin-4-ylethoxy)pyrimidin-2-yl]-benzyl}-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridazin-3-yl)pyrazol-1-yl]ethyl acetate are dissolved in 5 ml of methanol, 73 mg (1.81 mmol) of sodium hydroxide are added, and the mixture is stirred at room temperature for 15 h. A precipitate forms in the process, which is filtered off with suction and triturated with methanol.
