Benzylbromide (140 μL, 0.5 M in anhydrous DCM, 0.07 mmol, 1.1 equiv.) was added to a solution of 6-amino-4-{[4-chloro-3-(trifluoromethyl)benzyl]amino}quinazoline-8-carboxamide (25 mg, 0.06 mmol, 1.0 equiv.) and cesium carbonate (62 mg, 0.19 mmol, 3.0 equiv.) in anhydrous DCM (2 mL). The resulting mixture was stirred at 50° C. overnight. The title compound was obtained by pre-HPLC in 17% yield. Mass: M+H+: 486.
