To a suspension of 4-[(4-oxo-2-thioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-5-pyrimidinyl)methyl]benzonitrile (40 mg, 0.164 mmol) and K2CO3 (25 mg, 0.181 mmol) in Acetone (5 mL), which was stirred at room temperature for 5 min was added 1-chloro-4-{[4-(2-iodoethyl)phenyl]oxy}-2-(trifluoromethyl)benzene (42 mg, 0.098 mmol) under argon. The mixture was heated with a microwave reactor at 80° C. for 45 min. Purification via MDAP then afforded the title compound (321 mg, 37.4% yield). LCMS: rt=4.07 min, [M+H+]=542
