The same procedure as E141 from 2-{[2-(4-{[4-chloro-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]oxy}-3,5-difluorophenyl)ethyl]oxy}-5-ethyl-4(1H)-pyrimidinone (60 mg, 0.126 mmol), DIPEA (0.044 mL, 0.253 mmol) and MeI (0.012 mL, 0.190 mmol) in DCM (2 mL), except that the reaction time was 3 h, to afford the title compound (11 mg, 0.018 mmol, 14.44% yield).
