The title compound, MS: m/e=526.2 (M+H+), [α]58920=−6.17, [α]43620=−23.81, [α]36520=−74.09 (c=0.1134, chloroform), was prepared in accordance with the general method of example 114 (step1) and example 110 (step 2) from (3S,4R) or (3R,4S)-4-[1-(3,5-bis-trifluoromethyl-benzoyl)-3-phenyl-piperidin-4-yl]-piperazine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester and [(1-ethoxycyclopropyl)-oxy]trimethylsilane.
