PROCEDURE

实验过程

To a stirred solution of 20 (4.48 g, 10 mmole) in 40 mL of THF added 40 mL of ethanol followed by a solution of KOH (0.84 g, 15 mmol) in 20 mL of water and 20 mL of ethanol. The mixture is stirred overnight and concentrated. The residue suspended in 125 mL of water, treated with 2.6 mL (˜3 eqv.) of acetic acid, and cooled to 4° C. The resulting solid is filtered off, washed with water, and dried. Yield is quantitative. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ: 8.42 (d, J=2.5 Hz, aromatic proton, 1H), 8.23 (dd, J1=9 Hz, J2=2.5 Hz, aromatic proton, 1H), 7.82 (d, J=9 Hz, 2H), 7.90 (d, J=9 Hz, 1H), 7.03 (d, J=9 Hz, aromatic protons, 2H), 4.8 (br s, OH, 1H), 3.5 (m, aliphatic protons, 6H), 1.86 (t, J=6 Hz, aliphatic protons, 2H), 1.72 (m, aliphatic protons, 4H).
