HCl (0.15 mL, 0.156 mmol, 1.0 M soln in Et2O) was added to N,N-diethyl 1-{6-[3-(2-pyridin-4-yl-thiazol-4-yl)-ureido]pyridin-2-ylmethyl]piperidine-3-carboxamide (70 mg, 0.142 mmol, Example 75) in a solution of MeOH (3 mL) to give a pale yellow solid.
