Procedure
HCl (55 ′L, 0.05 mmol, 1.0 M in Et2O) was added to 1-[6-(morpholin-4-ylmethyl)-pyridin-2-yl]-3-[(2-pyridin-3-yl)thiazol-4-yl]urea (20 mg, 0.05 mmol, Example 180) in a solution of MeOH (1 mL) and the resulting mixture stirred 3 h. Concentration in vacuo gave a yellow solid.
