Procedure
To a mixture of 1-[2-(2-chloropyridin-4-yl)thiazol-4-yl]-3-(6-morpholin-4-ylmethyl-pyridin-2-yl)urea (100 mg, 0.23 mmol, Example 90) and MeOH (50 mL) was added solid NaOMe (1.6 g, 29.6 mmol) and DMF (20 mL). The reaction mixture was heated to 130° C. After 2 h, the reaction mixture was cooled to RT and filtered. The filtrate was concentrated in vacuo and diluted with EtOAc and filtered to remove the solid. The filtrate was concentrated in vacuo to afford an orange oil which was purified by silica flash chromatography (5% MeOH/CH2Cl2) to afford the title compound as a white solid. MS m/z: 427.2 (M+H). Calc'd for C20H22N6O3S: 426.15.
