Procedure

To a stirred solution of the intermediate alcohol from Example 22 (1.1 g, 2.7 mmol) and pyridine (0.44 mL, 5.2 mmol) in dichloromethane (15 mL) at 0° C. was added Tf2O (0.67 mL, 4 mmol) slowly. The mixture was allowed to warm to room temperature and stirred for 1 h. The reaction mixture was washed with brine, dried (sodium sulfate) and purified by chromatography on silica gel (dichloromethane/MeOH=20/1) to give the title compound (0.35 g, 34.6%).
