Reaction of 3,3-bis-(4-bromophenyl)-prop-2-en-1-ol (2.60 g, 7.0 mmol), tributylphosphine (2.52 g, 10.0 mmol), (2S)-2-ethoxy-3-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-propionic acid ethyl ester (1.50 g, 6.3 mmol) and azodicarboxylic dipiperidide (2.02 g, 10.0 mmol) in an identical manner to example 3 gave the title compound (2.8 g, 75%).
