The title compound was prepared according to the procedure of step 1 in example 1 using 6-amino-5-iodo-2-(methyloxy)-3-pyridinecarboxylic acid (step 3) and (1-butyl-4-piperidinyl)methylamine instead of 6-amino-5-chloro-2-(methyloxy)-3-pyridinecarboxylic acid and 1,1-dimethylethyl 4-(aminomethyl)-1-piperidinecarboxylate.
