Reaction Steps
The thioamide was prepared according to Example 19 using the 4-tert-butyl-N-(2,3-dibromophenyl)benzamide of Example 22, and Lawesson's reagent in toluene. MS (ESI) m/z 426; HPLC Method B, purity 96.3% at 210-370 nm, 11.4 min.; 98.3% at 262 nm, 11.4 min.; HRMS: calcd for C17H17Br2NS+H+, 425.95212; found (ESI, [M+H]+), 425.9527.
