A solution of Example 145 (45 mg, 0.1 mmol) and 2N LiOH (3 mL) in MeOH (3 mL) was stirred at RT overnight. The reaction mixture was neutralized to pH=4, extracted with ethyl acetate (3×20 mL), the combined organic extracts were washed with brine, dried (NaSO4) and filtered. The filtrate was concentrated to afford 3-(3-{3-t-butyl-5-[3-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-ureido]-pyrazol-1-yl}-phenyl)-propionic acid, (37 mg, 90%). 1H NMR (CD3OD): 7.63-7.62 (m, 2H), 7.56 (s, 1H), 7.53-7.48 (m, 1H), 7.41-7.38 (m, 2H), 7.04 (t, J=8.8 Hz, 2H), 5.49 (s, 1H), 3.07 (t, J=7.6 Hz, 2H), 2.72 (t, J=7.6 Hz, 2H), 1.42 (s, 9H); MS (ESI) m/z: 415 (M+H+).
