The title compound was prepared by treating the product obtained in Step 2 with 1-chloroethyl chloroformate according to the procedure described in Example 1 78, Step 3. The crude product was purified by column chromatography on silica using CHCl3/MeOH/NH4OH (95:5.0.2, followed by 90:10:0.5) as eluent to give 0.50 g(8% over two steps) of the free base of the title compound as a colorless oil.
