Using the procedure outlined in Example 56, the title compound was prepared from 7-amino-1H-quinolin-2-one (D89) (30 mg, 0.19 mmol) and 6-phenylnicotinic acid (D48) (45 mg, 0.22 mmol) as an off-white solid. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO) δ (ppm): 11.80 (br, 1H), 10.73 (br, 1H), 9.21 (d, 1H), 8.42 (dd, 1H), 8.18 (m, 3H), 8.01 (d, 1H), 7.84 (d, 1H), 7.64 (d, 1H), 7.53 (m, 4H), 6.40 (dd, 1H).
