Procedure

To a solution of the title A compound, 1-ethyl-3-{4-[5-methyl-2-phenyl-oxazol-4-ylmethoxy]-benzenesulfonylamino}-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonyl chloride (0.15 g, 0.3 mmol) in DCM is added a saturated solution of ammonia (3 mL) in DCM at RT. The reaction mixture is stirred for 16 h. The reaction mixture is diluted with ethyl acetate, washed with water, dried and evaporated to give 1-ethyl-3-{4-[5-methyl-2-phenyl-oxazol-4-ylmethoxy]-benzene-sulfonylamino}-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid amide as a solid: MS [m/z] 481.5 [M-1]−.
