Reaction Steps
8.0 g of the product obtained in Step 2 dissolved in 200 ml of ethanol are hydrogenated for 4 hours at 20° C. and 5 bar in the presence of 1.0 g of 10% palladium-on-carbon. After filtering and concentrating to dryness, chromatography over silica gel (dichloromethane/tetrahydrofuran: 97/3) allows the expected product to be isolated (liquid).
