Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (5-chloro-2-nitro-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example A1) (5.00 g, 14.7 mmol), isobutyl-amine (7.36 mL, 73.4 mmol) in DMSO (35 mL) at RT according to the general procedure C. Obtained as a yellow solid (5.39 g, 97%).
