The title compound was prepared from (5-amino-2-dimethylamino-2′-fluoro-biphenyl-4-yl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example J10) (271 mg, 0.78 mmol) and 3-oxo-3-(3-pyridin-4-yl-phenyl)-propionic acid tert-butyl ester (Example K2) (194 mg, 0.65 mmol) according to the general procedure M. Obtained as a yellow solid (316 mg).
