Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (4-chloro-2-{3-[3-(6-cyclopropyl-pyridin-3-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-5-methyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M143) (332 mg, 0.638 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a white solid (163 mg, 64%).
