Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (2-{3-[3-(2,6-dimethyl-pyridin-4-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-4-trifluoromethoxy-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M193) (230 mg, 0.423 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a white solid (97 mg, 54%).
