Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from {2-[3-oxo-3-(3-pyridin-3-yl-phenyl)-propionylamino]-5-propoxy-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M195) (359 mg, 0.626 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a white solid (223 mg, 81%).
