Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (2-{3-[3-(2,6-dimethyl-pyridin-4-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-4-trifluoromethyl-5-vinyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M221) (175 mg, 0.316 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light yellow solid (104 mg, 76%).
