Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (2-{3-[3-(2-methyl-pyridin-4-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-5-morpholin-4-yl-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M286) (377 mg, 0.615 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a yellow solid (211 mg, 69%).
