tert-Butyl 4-{4-[7-(1-quinolin-6-ylcyclopropyl)imidazo[1,2-b][1,2,4]triazin-2-yl]phenyl}-3,6-dihydropyridine-1(2H)-carboxylate (36.0 mg, 0.0661 mmol) was dissolved in 4M of hydrogen chloride in 1,4-dioxane (5.0 mL) and stirred at RT for 2 h. The volatiles were removed under vacuum and the residue was azeotropically washed with acetonitrile. The crude material was used in the next step. LCMS: (M+H)=445.0.
