Reaction Steps
Trifluoroacetic acid (1.0 mL, 0.013 mol) was added to a solution of tert-butyl (2S)-2-(2-fluoro-4-[7-(quinolin-6-ylmethyl)imidazo[1,2-b][1,2,4]triazin-2-yl]benzoylamino)-3,3-dimethylbutanoate (0.092 g, 0.16 mmol) in methylene chloride (1.0 mL) and stirred at RT for 2 h. The volatiles were removed under reduced pressure to give the desired product as a TFA salt. LCMS: (M+H)=513.4.
