A mixture consisting of 15 mg of t-butyl [1-[7-(2-butynyl)-2-chloro-1-(2-cyanobenzyl)-6-oxo-6,7-dihydro-1H-purin-8-yl]piperidin-3-yl]carbamate, 20 mg of anhydrous potassium carbonate and 0.2 ml of methanol was stirred for three hours. Subsequent steps were carried out according to the same procedure as used in Examples 242 (f) and (g). Thus, the title compound was synthesized.
