0.045 g of 3-(2-butynyl)-5-methyl-2-(pyridin-4-yl)-3,5-dihydroimidazo[4,5-d]pyridazin-4-one and 0.060 μl of p-methoxybenzyl chloride were added to 0.100 ml of N,N-dimethylformamide, and the mixture was stirred at 65° C. under a nitrogen atmosphere for 4 hours. The reaction solution was cooled down, and 1 ml of acetone and 1 ml of diethyl ether were added thereto. The precipitate was collected by filtration to give 0.060 g of the title compound.
