Compound 69 (60 mg, 0.17 mmol), (S)-tetrahydrofuran-2-yl-methylamine (36 μL, 0.34 mmol), and DIEA 150 μL (0.86 mmol) were mixed in 1-butanol (2 mL) and heated to 120° C. for 1.5 h. The reaction mixture was concentrated, and the residue was purified by flash chromatography to yield a white solid (60 mg). MS: 372.1 (M+1). 1HNMR (DMSO-d6) ppm 8.36 (s, 1H), 7.61-7.34 (m, 10H), 5.11 (t, 1H), 3.89-3.85 (m, 1H), 3.58-3.48 (m, 4H), 1.84-1.64 (m, 3H), 1.40-1.38 (m, 1H).
