Reaction Steps
3-(4-Mercapto-2-methyl-phenyl)-pyrrolidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester was reacted with 1-benzenesulfonyl-3-bromo-5-fluoro-1H-indole using the procedure of step 1 of Example 3 to provide 3-[4-(1-Benzenesulfonyl-5-fluoro-1H-indol-3-ylsulfanyl)-2-methyl-phenyl]-pyrrolidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester.
