To a solution of racemic (2′S,3S,4′R)-6-chloro-2′-(5-chloro-2-methyl-phenyl)-4′-[2-(3-methyl-oxetan-3-ylmethoxy)-5-trimethylsilanylethynyl-phenyl]spiro[3H-indole-3,3′-piperidine]-2,6′(1H)-dione in methanol (5 mL) was added K2CO3 (100 mg). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 h, purified by prep-HPLC to give the title compound as a white solid (2.5 mg).
